Key Responsibilities
– Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
– Conduct market research and analyze property values.

– Schedule and conduct property showings and open houses.
– Guide clients through the buying and selling process, including negotiations and contracts.
– Collaborate with mortgage lenders, home inspectors, and escrow companies.
– Stay up-to-date with market trends, regulations, and industry developments.
– Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
Qualifications
– Active real estate license in the state of operation.
– Previous experience in real estate (preferred but not required).
