Scott has a strong construction and land development background. He and his team have specialized in new construction sales, residential re-sale homes and raw land sales. On top of having a real estate team, Scott is currently involved with financing and constructing many of his own new construction homes as well as creating and developing several new communities in and around Mohave County. He also enjoys investing in raw land and other investment projects which involve real estate.
Other notable facts about Scott: He won the Arizona State High School Golf Championship twice and received a scholarship to the University of Nevada Las Vegas for golf and academics.

Growth and Dedication
While in college, Scott had the honor of playing #5 position on the team at UNLV that won the 1998 Division 1 NCAA National Championship. To this day, many of his teammates are now on the PGA Tour and have very successful golfing careers. Scott played professional golf for 4 years after graduating college but started his real estate career shortly after. Scott has been married for over 25 years and has 5 amazing kids that he loves very much and is very proud of.
