• Kingman is the county seat of Mohave County in northwestern Arizona.

• It can get windy often, but the dry climate is virtually pollen-free, making Kingman a great place to live for those who suffer allergies.

Communities

Kingman has a diverse selection of neighborhoods, with new additions and developments that have been established in recent years.

• La Costa is one of the older gated communities that feature luxury townhomes while Camelback Estates offer private homes in a more quiet area of the city.

• CastleRock Village is a premier family-oriented gated community with access to a clubhouse and health facilities.
