Golden Valley, Arizona real estate is bordered by approximately 20 miles of the historical highway Route 66 to the south. Lake Mead, Lake Mohave and the Colorado River are near the area as well.

Residents of Golden Valley, Arizona real estate are happy with the area’s comfortable year-round temperature, which is due to the community’s elevation of around 2,700 feet.
